Embarrassing customer service: they never answer!
Totally nonexistent customer service. Opening a ticket or trying to contact support is completely pointless: they don't bother responding to messages or user reports, leaving you completely in the dark if you run into any problems. This lack of respect and professionalism is intolerable for a platform that manages shipping. Highly discouraged; switch to other services if you're looking for real support.
