Qoo10 have absolutely horrific customer service and do not follow their own policy. Be prepared for a full loss if you use their service and there are any issues. You have been warned. Although completely destroy my products in transit. Refusing to deal with a refund or any compensation. Both Qxpress (their parent company) who advised me to book their service on Qoo10 and Qoo10 all refusing any refund or to take responsibility.
