Customer service was good.
I haven’t had a chance to use the heat press many times, but I will say that the customer service is pretty great so far. The extras that came with my heat press were all packaged together and the cutting mat was not well protected and was bent up in transit and unusable. I sent an email and they responded within 24 hours. They asked for photos of the damaged product. Another 24 hours elapsed. They offered to send a replacement at no cost to me. The replacement arrived within a week. Overall not too bad. I’m certain they are operating on the other side of the globe so the turnaround on communication made sense. I’m satisfied, and plan to return as a repeat customer.
