Unreliable company
I ordered a costume for Halloween. Upon checkout, I have chosen the shipping method: "Halloween Shipping:(We guarantee that you can receive the package before Halloween!)" I had the order confirmation email stating they will notify me if there's an update regarding my order. Few weeks passed by and I have received no communication from them. I have contacted support just for them to tell me that the item will not arrive on time. Why guarantee something if you can't follow through? Worst part is, I would have not known any of these if I didn't contact them. What an unreliable company.
