Pick ANY other company but NOT TRIP.com
Pick any other company, but NOT Trip.com. Unfortunately I have experienced a horrible situation, and lost hundreds of dollars/pounds when I booked with them a flight with a connection. Our first flight got delayed and therefore we missed our second flight. We got none directions from the company on what to do in the situation, and a very poor assistance. Eventually, they were only offering a back a partial amount of the original flight ticket (and didn't help at all to secure another ticket when we were stuck in the airport!). We had to buy a ticket that costed us 4 times the amount of the full original one, and no one wants to assist us further. Please take my advice. Never order flight tickets with Trip.com.
