Long wait, poor customer service, good product.
I purchased an entire new set of furniture for my RV including captains chairs, sofa, and dinette. The order took over 4.5 months for them to build, and when I went to pick it up from will call, one of the dinette pieces was torn all down one seam. At first I was told it would be fixed immediately and then shipped out - to no it will take up to another 4 months to get - to we've fixed it and will ship it immediately. They supposedly fixed it over a week ago but still haven't shipped it out, and they haven't offered any other resolution or price reduction, etc. for a mistake on their end, not mine. On a positive note, it does appear that the quality of the other pieces are top notch, so if you can wait for half a year to get new furniture and are prepared for weak customer service, the overall price can't be beat.
