The gold standard in IT customer support
I have been using UK2.net's services for over 20 years. A while ago my email service was compromised by a malicious 'subscription bot' - so that within days I had thousands of emails from websites across the world. As you may imagine this took a while to rectify. One part of the problem was making sure that all my emails (20 years+) were preserved while moving to a new email address. Daniel N at UK2.net's Billing Support Team was outstandingly helpful. Not only was he technically knowledgeable but he was patient and solicitous - and for a 70+ customer, these things count. A good man, doing an excellent job. He has my sincere thanks.
