Order Nov 2/23 for Christmas Gifts, NEVER Received. Many emails, giving different bogus offers, will ship again, refund costs NOT shipping. Fed up already with the back and forth emails from different people. Nothing to date. Advised I reported to the Canadian Better Business Bureau. Passing the word around they are a SCAM, FRAUD, Be aware, NEVER order from them again. How can we band together to get our refunds? Thoughts?
