Peak Design excels in product design, quality, and service
I am a long time customer of Peak Design with over 10 products and counting. I recently moved to a different country wherein PD products are harder to find and at a significant premium. I reached out to PD customer service for guidance and assistance to find a way to purchase a few products and was blown-away by the excellence in service provided by their associate Jacky, who provided unmatched turn-around-time, email responses in less than a minute, and a combination of professionalism and compassion that are hard to find nowadays. PD produces some of the best thought-through products of excellent quality and have maintained that standard at a level that is hard to match. Excellent products by lovely people, keep up the exceptional work.
