The teacher is good but the service…
The teacher is good but the service from the company is not good. First, they keep changing the learning advisor. Second, the learning advisor does not have sufficient knowledge on the modules and the child progress. Third, the customer service does not have the authority to book a lesson less than 12 hours in advance even when the cancellation was done due to their mistake!

The recording function not working
The recording function has been not functioning for at least 3 weeks. I feedback about the recording not available on 4 June, till today nothing has been fixed. Everytime I did a follow up, the standard answer is always our it team is working hard on it. I am sorry but it is obviously not hard enough. And this happened right after I signed up for sgd 4,500 lessons, which made me feel cheated. Please FIX the recording function ASAP.
