The snapmaker u1 itself is an really amazing machine! I love the printer. The snapmaker orca on the other hand can be pretty buggy and needed to factory reset my snapmaker within a week of i got it new because their update/firmware broke connection. I hope snapmaker orca is gonna be improved soon, because yet again, the printer itself is really amazing! But it needs to have good software aswell! 5 stars if snapmaker orca is improved!
