Trash Customer Service
Trash Customer service. It is so hard to request a refund, they dont help you almost at all. the communication even with Indonesian language was so bad, they dont want to type anything, instead just copy and paste a template answer, even after 5 times sending emails back and forth they only changed a little bit of their template. At the end I got the refund but the email said "for your information we will cut down your refund for bank admin, etc etc..". TELL ME THAT BEFORE HAND WHILE WE WERE TALKING THROUGH WHATSAPP AND EMAIL DUMBASS!!! NOT AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE AND IT IS PROCESSED!!! I highly recommend everybody to not use their service.
