Wow, I had to return 4 pair of shoes that didn’t fit and I accidentally order double. Fisher was so quick to respond and saw I had accidentally ordered twice. He offered me a variety of options and I chose a full refund. Cosy then offered me 10% off to try another shoe which I will absolutely order. They have figured out customer service! Very grateful!
