Addendum to my previous review: Litfad stepped up and offered to take back two benches with cosmetic issues (paint damage) that were shipped to me. I give them a four-star rating based upon their pro-active approach to making sure that the customer is satisfied. I kept the benches and will touch them up.
I ordered two garden benches from Litfad. They arrived in two separate packages and shipments, no problem. The exterior packaging was well done with no shipping damage visible. The benches themselves were dinged up though. No catastrophic damage, however there were numerous areas of scraped off paint and bent metal. I will say this. The customer service response and shipping status updates were excellent. Keep up that good performance. Litfad offered to take back the benches or extend an extra discount to me. Not necessary. I will touch them up with metal paint and use them in our house entry-way.
