I had a wonderful experience at NTUC FairPrice Coronation Plaza thanks to Yok Leng. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. From the moment I approached her, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist. What stood out most was her initiative—she didn’t just respond to my questions, she actively looked for ways to help and made the entire process seamless. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and enjoys interacting with customers. You Leng represents NTUC FairPrice very well and creates a welcoming environment for shoppers. A truly great customer experience—it was a joy interacting with her.
