My go to agents from now on!
Had a wonderful experience dealing with Theflightboss for the first time. We were shopping around this time and got the cheapest business class fares. We found them from online ad and so were reluctant, but Davinder who i dealt with initially put us at ease and Sandeep who did the booking were extremely good, very professional, thorough and very patient. Being a first timer with company I had never heard off, I asked Sandeep lot of questions to satisfy my self before making the payment. Sandeep answered all my questions promptly on whatsapp, phone call and confirming everything we discussed by e-mail from Yashica Lama. Only suggestion, I would like to make is that when shifts change the agent should inform the client that another staff member will take over. In my case, it was very nerve wrecking when Davinder left abruptly and totally unexpected Sandeep called informing that he is taking over. With so many scams going online a person can be fearful in such situation. I was happy dealing with Davinder but then Sandeep turned out to be fantastic! Sandeep stayed with me till late until my ticket was issued and seats were selected and ensured that I was fully satisfied. I would recommend this professional and reliable team to anyone looking for hassle free bookings at best rates. We certainly will call them for our next flights.
