Unsuccessful Refund Request
Ordered two 3X size jackets. They were not true to size. Ask if they could be exchanged for a 4X. They did not have size 4X. So, I requested a refund. They have refused to refund the money. I emailed them five times requesting a refund, only to receive emails for discounts on other merchandise. My request for a refund has been unsuccessful.I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them, especially if you decide to request a refund.
