Easy ordering and very helpful customer service!
I ordered the G3P800 RO system for my house. The ordering process was very straightforward and easy. Also, customer service was extremely helpful (thanks, Beria!). After ordering, I had to hold the shipment on hold for a day because the under-sink space was tight, and I had to verify I had sufficient room for the unit. The customer service response was prompt, and the shipment was sent immediately after my confirmation email was sent out, allowing us to schedule the installation with minimum delay.
