Great when you need it, but impossible to delete
The work produced by Pixels was great. The account service, however, was dismal. I kept trying to unsubscribe, but you had to stay subscribed for a period of time before you could put the account on hold -- and then suddenly you were charged again. There's no easy way to cancel your subscription. And, despite multiple emails with customer support, they kept charging me for subscriptions, even after my account had been deactivated. VERY aggravating. **UPDATE 10/12/22 -- Several people at the company reached out and finally got the last charge reversed. Hopefully this is the end of it. The customer experience director called and collected my feedback on the situation. The issue is really with the way the website is set up. Their work is very good, exactly what I needed with a speedy turnaround.
