Customer service leaves a lot to be desired…
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, from a communication standpoint point. Looking for order details (at the very least a confirmation) and received nothing from them. Update: response from company, error is being corrected, will update again when I have products in hand. Update 2: Only half my order arrived (2 kits, received 1). Instuctions on a flashdrive as a PDF, file is corrupt and cannot be open. resetting review to 1 star
