Enrico is most helpful is solving my issue with your company. The moment I ordered your product fIrom your confusing web site. i asked to cancel my order . I was told it was impossible to cancel because it had been shipped . I knew that was not the truth because I contacted the company the moment my order went through. Three days passed and I get an email saying your company was preparing my order. This made me angry. Because the first tow people I spoke to said it had been shipped.
