Their theatre AMC Roosevelt Field is the worst! This place has rats! I was watching the Mission Impossible movie and saw one run past my feet. Disgusting. The managers are rude and racist. I saw one of the managers kick out a family after they had a verbal altercation with another guest. Previously I saw this guest hit the man from that family and yell at him. When the guy confronted him, he went and got the manager and the manager kicked them out without hearing them out. My husband and I and few other guests tried to tell him that the other guest started it but he didn't listen and he kicked them out. The family was black and the guest was white. He even called the cops on them. I don't think I will be going back there again, I don't want to be on the recieving end of that kind of treatment one day.
