The product has been falling apart since day one. It’s a wireless charging stand, and the screws keep coming loose and disappearing. Customer support was even worse. I asked a simple question about the screw size so I could replace them myself, and got a generic, copy-paste warranty response, for the wrong country. This isn’t the level of product quality or support I’m willing to deal with.
After 15+ years as a loyal user, watching this app slowly transform to "greed machine" been genuinely disappointing. What used to feel like a thoughtfully crafted product built by people who cared about users has gradually turned into something that feels driven by corporate growth targets. The shift to web-based technology marked a turning point. Performance declined. What was once elegant is now frustrating. Then came the price increases... and questionable product decisions (including AI integrations inside a password manager). It’s not just about cost. It’s about culture. The product no longer reflects the values that made it great. For longtime users, that’s the hardest part. Never again.
