Failure to deliver
The company found some previous address on file and tried to deliver my order there . I have corrected and confirmed the correct address at least 5 times but all I get are AI generated responses. From both COCO Jewelry and the GOFO delivery partner. I’m out $67 because they can’t seem to fix the problem.
