Ordered a bobble for my son's 44th birthday. Wasn't expecting alot but boy was I wrong! They nailed it. Communicated through each step and modified based upon my input. My daughter in law said " I crushed it" with the gift. Son loves it and it sits at his workdesk. Great likeness
