I would like to put zero stars but…
I would like to put zero stars but unfortunately that is not available as an option. I have bought the TOP GUN MIP from them and after very few hours of use the UFC part of the system got one of the buttons stuck in the on position, I tried to communicate to WinWing the problem and believe guys I tried all my best with the simplest English and I never got to make them understand the problem, they really lack of knowledge and expertise in customer service and also the English language. At one point after sending them tons of videos and pictures that they asked me and chat with a lot of their "customer service" agents, they still didn't understand! At one point they told me they give me a 20USD voucher to spend on my next items and I laughed so hard I couldn't believe they were serious! I have spent 800 Euros for that crap product by the way. At the end they somehow decided to send me a new one, but off course they wanted me to show them that I destroyed the product I have at home, and once more after bouncing again with another bunch of agents I convinced them that the UFC was destroyed and they went ahead and sent me a new one, which also got one of its LCD broken after 5 hours of use! Again I went to customer support and they again asked me to send them pictures and videos and fill up damage form which I did, and again bounced back and forth with a different agent every day who gave contrasting answers with the previous ones, promising that the new UFC has been sent but then denying it and finally I snapped because I couldn't take their bullshit anymore and decided to write this honest review here. So to sum-up: WinWing is not that cheap, their products are cheap quality and their customer service is gonna be your worst nightmare ever!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone on this earth to buy from them.
