As a DJI customer for over 12 years I have had nothing but impeccable service from them. Most recently my Mavic 4 Pro developed a niggle and my RC Pro 2 as well. Collected from Ireland free of charge on a Friday and shipped to France. Arrived back today, Wednesday all fixed for free under warranty. Communication has always been the best even at weekends. As a photographer who relies on great hardware and service my experience with DJI over the years gives me the confidence to purchase from and trust them completely now and into the future for my business and pleasure.
