Birthday surprise fail After waking my husband up early so I could see his reaction to getting an illy espresso machine for his birthday, imagine the utter disappointment when we discovered that illy had failed to include the coffee pods. No delicious coffee surprise, just a useless plastic machine. I thought it was my fault and have been feeling bad all morning for ruining his birthday. called illy and they said coffee shiuld have come in separate package, that they would resend it now. As a customer who has been let down, I expect more from you than just something you should have gotten right in the first place! rethinking whether to continue
