Midphase killed my website. Avoid.
Midphase migrated my account to a new server and killed my website in the process. Attempts to change DNS servers over the last week have not resolved this and messages to customer support are going unanswered. Worse still, the URL to my site now gives an 'Account Suspended' message even though it is paid up until next year which gives the impression I'm at fault. I've been a midphase customer for over a decade and while they've never been brilliant, this is a new low. I would recommend avoiding this provider Edit: After escalating the issue it was resolved over two days and a number of emails, hence change from 1 star to 3 stars. Not higher as this issue should never have happened in an automated migration in the first place and caused both me and my customers frustration and lost time. That said, response after escalation was good.
