Poor advice and bad return policy
I was between jacket size recommendations for their carriers. It's advised to go a size below in this situation which I did. The carrier was too small for me, even without baby. Their return policy is not up-to-par with the market standard of providing a return label, which costs me more time and money for following their, albeit, poor/incorrect advice. I would not recommend overall.
