Bought a preowned watch from the addiesdivewatches.com site and received a completely dead watch. Reached out to customer service and after a week I was promised a discount voucher, the voucher I received did not work. When I reached out to them yet again, they told me that the voucher could only be used once, but I never used it. So, i'm left with a dead, useless watch. Mind you, this has been going on for months
