Keyboard ok, everything else, awful
The keyboard itself was great, very nice typing experience. Sadly, that’s where the positives end, the software, that you have to download from Dropbox 🤷♂️ is beyond bad, the keyboard constantly asks to be updated, you have to disconnect the dongle and connect via cable, sometimes it will sometimes it won’t, then has to be done all over again for “reasons” it’s a mess and very annoying. Then about 4 months after purchase it just died, no warning nothing just dead. To their credit support did respond fairly quickly but they wanted me to jump through hoops making videos of the issue etc etc. just wanted a decent working keyboard, or my money back. But that was too much to ask, will not be going anywhere near Lofree in future.
