Transformative YTT
Namaste! I completed my 300hs teacher training in April and it was a very rich and profound experience. It really made a next big step in my yoga journey. The teachers have a deep knowledge and experience, creating curated classes to help you integrate yoga from the roots, and practicing yoga from all its angles. They take good care that you understand the teachings, not only as transferring information, but as key insights that you can use for your practice and to teach. I learned, transformed, meet incredible people at the school, and feel confident now to apply this experience into my life. Hari Om!
