Discriminated AGAINST AT INTERVIEW
I had an interview for a retail assistant position at a store in Birmingham. I had the interview with the area manager called Shane. From the moment I walked in to the interview I wasn’t welcomed at all and I felt uncomfortable from the very beginning. Throughout the interview the interviewer didn’t make any eye contact and didn’t seem interested at all. The interview wasn’t conducted in a professional manner and clearly this company only supports and employs majority white people. I’ve never felt that sort of bad energy before and they say your gut instincts are always right. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to be discriminated against . I honestly believe I was not employed due to the fact I’m a brown person
