Two out of the four pairs of pants I ordered the elastic on the waist was fine. The other two in black and beige bite into my stomach and they are the same style as the others. I am a size 10 so my stomach is small. I emailed customer service about a refund or an exchange nearly two weeks ago. I have heard nothing and been advised the only way to get a response is by leaving a review. #UKBS89166
The first order was great but my second one. It’s been nearly two weeks and it still says preparing order on the status link. I have sent a message on insta and email chasing it up and heard nothing?
This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They make you pay for postage & It costs the same amount to post back as the item is worth if you’re ordering from the uk. They don't warn you of this. If you ask to return they offer you a couple of dollars to keep the item. You loose the majority of what you’ve paid
