For more than 10 years, I have been a fundamental stock investor for the long term. Since my retirement 2 years ago, I decided to make a switch to short-term trading (remaining in equities) and took lessons on technical analysis from various sources - books, videos, and courses. Because of the subjective nature of such analysis, I was drawn to the use of various indicators for their mathematical approach which I assumed would be more objective and accurate.
