Give Them a Chance!
Where to start? First, I will say the customer service was respectful, courteous, professional, and excellent follow-up. I was "extremely concerned" after reading the reviews posted and reached back out after I made the purchase. Chris and Joe eased my fears of the reviews and we proceeded with the order. To be completely transparent, the turn around time was within 24 hours. However, the first draft that was sent for review was completely unacceptable. To say that I wasn't disappointed or feeling a certain type of way about money out with no ROI was an understatement. A lot of errors. While I was looking at the draft, I received a call from the company. I was thankful that they called. I basically asked for a refund and was told that I would receive a call on Monday to speak to the person in charge of refunds. On that Monday, I received a call and another draft in my email. After a few changes, I was completely satisfied with the product they provided. I also would like to add that through the entire time we communicated via email or a call, they were very patient.
