Broken device and no intention of helping
I bought a device at ledsupermall.com. It worked ok a couple of time before it broke down (this was in two weeks). Went back to them if they can help me with it. They are replying with only questions if I tried this? or if if I can send a video. But they are not really taking some action. So the quality is worthless and the help is useless.
