Seems like a rip off
New to your rail system. Difficult to undertand the difference between various trains and the reason for very different rates on what looks to be similar trains. Booked my trip on the wrong day in error. Discovered this a few days later. Requested a refund as I had rebooked for the correct date. Refund was refused. Non cancellable ticket in spite of booking in error and having to rebook and pay for tickets again and not ever being given the option to purchase a cancellable ticket. Seems like a ripoff to me. Or at a minimum a company who does not care about its customers with horrible customer service policies. Would not book with them in the future.
