The worst bank ever with hardly no customer service. The long waiting time on the line and the personal experience with them is purely disgust! Even for corporate account, they don't even entertain SMEs leaving them to hotline and customer service waiting long time on the phone! Long before where RMs are assigned to our company, and when they are taken away, they didnt even inform us until we have a case to report, then they replied that they are no longer supporting. DBS bank should know customer support is very important to their clients especially with so many bank-related phishing scams. I hope they look into the customer related matters and improve eventually.
