I purchased EaseUS Data Recovery, but the serial number given didn't work. It turned out that I had bought the Windows version by mistake. I emailed support, they replied asking for the invoice number, which I sent immediately, within 3 minutes of their email. Then I waited. And waited. 14 hours later I tried live chat. Webber sorted my problem out immediately.
