This was the most stressful move ever
This was the most stressful move. I’ve ever experienced thanks to Bellhop moving. They were supposed to show up at noon to unload a truck for me. I got a text saying that they will not be able to make it till 3 PM so we’re there at 3 PM waiting. No one shows up and I try to call but unfortunately you can only leave messages with AI. Finally, I got a response and they said oh yeah they’re not gonna make until 5 PM I kept texting asking for an update from 4:30 to 5 o’clock to make sure someone would show up and nobody ever responded to the texts so I finally received a call from the individual that was handling the move at 5:15 and said that the movers were in the parking lot looking for me so they finally showed up the guys were great. They unloaded the truck and went on their way. It’s quite obvious that bellhop is nothing more than someone sitting with a phone contracting their services out to other contractors that they have no control over whatsoever it’s a horrible moving experience and I highly recommend never using them. .
