Item is as described and service was fast and prompt! I enquired, and within 20 min, secured my lady dior. That happened at abt 7 .45pm. By 12.45 pm next day, item was already delivered! Altho there was no box as per described, they were nice enough to put in into a nice black box. Very happy with the service! Will be back for more
