Oct 26 Updated Review. I finally received my shipment of clothes & stickers I ordered on Oct 5. I would like to commend the company for quickly responding to my email inquiries about my order. The t-shirts material & printing is good and also it is 100% cotton, so I will only air dry. The Hawaiian-style shirt seems to run a little smaller than the size chart. So in doubt, go up a size. Perhaps the company can add some automatic email notifications like when the shirts have gone to print, have been printed, have been packaged, have been shipped, have arrived in my country. I had different expectations as to how timely I would receive the products after ordering. I wasn’t expecting 3 weeks. They offer purchase insurance which includes insurance for international delays over 30 days. So, according to their expectations, they met it with delivery at 23 days. Maybe I’ve gotten too used to quick deliveries within a week to 2 weeks. I still would rather have a well-defined expectation up front. Original Review: Ordered Oct 5. Have inquired twice as to the status of the order. First response is that my “ order is currently in the midst of production, with our team working meticulously to craft your items.” Second inquiry was met with response that the order is now in the U.S. and should be delivered this week. USPS says it has departed the “partner facility” and USPS is still waiting for the item and “Delivery Date Unknown” For a company that boasts how many products they sell, their order turnaround & shipping time is abysmal. I doubting this is a legit company and will be turning it over to my credit card company at the end of the week if not delivered. Wish I had heeded the other reviews and saved myself the headache.
