Was very satisfied with Spaceship until I just received an email that my account has been restricted for using multiple promotional codes. The problem is I have not used any codes for any registrations and have not transferred any domains to spaceship. Since they do not have a customer service phone number, I chatted with rep from their company. They looked it up and said that they couldn't help me and wouldn't even tell me what happened but said that I would have to contact the security dept. I emailed them and now I wait to find out what this is about. Short summary is they are great till there is a problem, but addressing your issue might take some time. UPDATE 05-06-2025: Spaceship has lifted the restriction, but still has not explained why the restriction was initiated. Users need to understand why an account might be restricted.
