Hello, everything seems to be working well, except for the keyboard, which I find rather disappointing compared to the overall quality of the laptop. The space bar, which I normally press with my right thumb, fails to register approximately one out of every three keystrokes. Furthermore, the keyboard often types two letters with a single keystroke (this happened three times just while writing this review). The typing experience, especially when using the space bar, feels as though the key has already been worn out by years of heavy use. This is really disappointing because everything else about the laptop is excellent, and I do a lot of typing for my work. I would also appreciate it if you could send me an invoice or receipt for my purchase. Thank you for your attention. Have a pleasant evening.
