The experience is not worth it!
I have ordered 2 times from this company. The first order was built wrong so I contacted them and they sent a replacement but the arm were still backwards. I decided to go ahead and give it another shot with a design that would work even if it was reversed. I have checked my status on the order and it was apparently ready to ship but I didn’t receive a tracking number so I contacted them and was told that the packages weight was wrong the first time so they had to get a new number. Once I received the number I checked to see ETA and come to find out there is absolutely no information for that number. It has no information and is invalid. I contacted them again and was sent a computer generated label as proof of a label. It has been over 10 days and I still have no information on the number or very expensive package. I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions and now they are not even answering me. Please use caution before spending any money with this company!!!
