DONT TRUST ALIBABA!!!
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TRADE ASSURANCE OR BUYER SUPPORT ON ALIBABA - DONT TRUST!!! I specifically asked the seller before I purchased if the headlights were new or reconditioned / remanufactured. They responded saying "full new". I received second hand headlights in worse condition than the headlights I already have on my car and they weren't even sealed properly, so they are full of condensation. Despite providing all the evidence including my conversations with the supplier, Alibaba rejected my dispute claim stating that it was "hard to determine what the problem with the headlight is". This is despite me providing videos and photos of the product that was clearly NOT NEW. There was broken clips, cracks, and even spray paint on the headlights! Don't trust Alibaba!!
