Terrible experience with Traveloka car…
Terrible experience with Traveloka car rental. The car provided was in very poor condition – full of scratches, one headlight barely worked (I had to drive on high beam), the fuel gauge didn’t show correctly, and the car could not even climb small hills. At first I stayed quiet because the price was low, but then the rental company added unfair “extra zone” charges. In the end I had to pay more just to recover my deposit. I contacted Traveloka customer service, but they never answered my questions. Their support is unprofessional and unhelpful. As frequent travelers across Asia, this was my first time using Traveloka and it will definitely be the last. Be very careful if you plan to book with them
