Gundry. MD has a disastrous shipping department. And Customer Service is downright rude.
In January I ordered 4 bottles of supplements from Gundry MD. I received 1 instead. The remainder of the order was 3 bottles of supplements I didn't recognize. I called and explained that what I received was not what I ordered. The customer service person apologized and said she was sending the balance of my order. When it arrived, it was still NOT right. Nothing was what I ordered. So…. I called AGAIN. I told the customer service person that once again I did not receive what I ordered. She told me that was EXACTLY what I ordered, and she also said the first order was EXACTLY what I ordered. She felt they had no obligation to correct ANYTHING. She said they would not send me the product I ordered and never received. She said What I got was what I ordered and if I wanted to send it all back, that was my prerogative. But of course I would have to pay postage both ways, for THEIR mistake.I can guarantee I will never buy their products again. UPDATE. I was contacted by a rep who refunded my order and sent a new order that was correct at no cost. So I have changed my stars from one to three.
